Sometimes we have cold and rainy days. Those days make me drift away to those star filled prairie skies. Cold, crisp and clear like nowhere else.
Into personal space
This little rabbit stayed perfectly still; truly believing that I couldn’t see it. This is so close that I had to back off slowly to about 30 feet, put an extension tube onto my 100-400 lens (so if would be able to focus on a subject so close), and move back in. I took this photo and moved slowly away. It continued to sit right there as I left. This was in rattlesnake country – it doesn’t look promising for this little fella’.
